2、 Oil system: As a lubrication system for air compressors, it lubricates the compressor head, reduces wear on moving parts, and lowers exhaust temperature. 3、 Compressor head: Damage to the internal motion bearings of the compressor head can also lead to high exhaust temperature. Check if there are any abnormal noises from the compressor head and bearings. A normal compressor with undamaged bearings should operate smoothly and produce a dull sound. If there is a noticeable impact or sharp sound during operation, it indicates that the compressor head is worn and the bearings are damaged.

Solution: Replace the head bearing, calibrate the bearing position, and calibrate the head rotor. If there is significant wear on the compressor head casing and rotor, spraying treatment should be carried out because severe wear can reduce the displacement of the compressor head.
