1、 To ensure the quality of air compressor oil, regularly replace the air compressor oil

Air compressor oil is divided into semi synthetic oil and fully synthetic oil, with a service life of 3000-8000 hours. It is necessary to regularly replace the air compressor oil according to its usage time. When replacing the lubricating oil, the oil in the machine should be drained and new lubricating oil should be added; When purchasing air compressor oil, it is necessary to purchase original air compressor oil to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Otherwise, it may cause hazards such as machine coking and engine locking;

2、 Good ventilation in the cabinet

High temperatures in summer can cause the air compressor to fail to start properly due to high temperatures. Therefore, during the use of the air compressor, it is important to ensure that the machine has a good ventilation environment;

3、 Regularly check for running, emitting, dripping, and leaking

During normal operation, 5% -15% of the compressed air in the air compressor will leak. The leakage of compressed air requires the unit to continuously load to meet the pressure requirements, which will consume electricity. The leakage of the oil system will accelerate the use of oil and increase the cost of use. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the air pipeline of the air compressor for leaks and check whether the oil system is leaking;
